dusk Goes Live with Viare Order Management System

Sydney, Australia – June 4, 2024 – dusk, a renowned Australian specialty retailer of home fragrance products, has gone live with Viare, a cloud-based Order Management System.

Using Viare’s pull-based routing and digital picking, dusk can now manage store fulfilment and Click & Collect out of 145+ stores.  Viare is also integrated into dusk’s 3rd Party logistics provider to process orders not fulfilled through its store network.

With Viare integrated into dusk’s Adobe Commerce website and other systems, dusk could seamlessly activate digital picking, enhanced click & collect and store fulfilment.  The new system is specifically designed to support store fulfilment and give great operational visibility to the support office.

dusk can now leverage their amazing store network and team to help improve the customer experience.

Online orders will get to customers more quickly and customers will have more ways to shop and interact with stores with an improved Click & Collect solution.
