NORA PoP Awards Finalists
The Viare team are thrilled to have been finalists in the 2024 NORA Power Of Partnerships awards in the Fulfilment Innovation category. Our team are proud of this fantastic accomplishment and recognition by the ANZ retail community.
The winners of the award were Australia Post x The Iconic x Myer.
Our nomination into this award, and progression to the finals, highlighted our powerful collaboration with client, Paddy Pallin. Paddy Pallin faced slow fulfillment, customer frustration, and inefficiencies until they switched to Viare’s OMS, which significantly improved their operations. This shift not only reduced their error rate by 230% but also enhanced customer satisfaction through real-time tracking, transforming their fulfillment process into a competitive advantage.
