There were great conversations and keynotes over the three days.

Day 3 saw Jared hosting a round table discussion on Store Roles: Fulfilment Hub vs Experience Destination. This session brought that pressure point into focus; exploring the two opposing approaches and examining the trade-offs in cost, labour, space, and returns, and explored what happens when retailers try to balance both within the same footprint. Both paths carry real implications for margin and long-term competitiveness, and store strategy can either build a competitive advantage or erode it.
